We understand that property transactions, planning delays, and personal circumstances can affect start dates. Our cancellation rules provide clarity regarding preparatory costs.

1. Cancellation window
Provide notice by telephone or written email at least 24 hours before work begins to cancel without liability. Cancellations after that point may incur the precise cost of trade supplies already procured on your behalf, as stated in the quote.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule without fee. We will offer the earliest available appointment in our diary within one business day.
3. Circumstances requiring reimbursement
Full reimbursement is provided should we cancel an engagement, fail to complete the contracted scope, or deliver workmanship at variance with the agreed specification that we cannot rectify within a reasonable period.
- If a booking is cancelled more than 14 calendar days before the agreed start date, any advance deposit is returned less direct administrative costs incurred.
- If work is cancelled within 14 days of the start date, the cost of custom materials already fabricated or non-returnable remains payable.
- Where on-site work is halted by the client mid-contract, payment is due solely for completed stages and materials delivered to site.
4. Submitting a reimbursement request
- Notify us in writing by email with your project reference and reason for cancellation.
- Receive a reconciliation statement detailing work done and bespoke materials purchased.
- Any net balance owing to the client is returned via bank transfer.
5. Timeline
Approved refunds are transferred back to the originating bank account within 10 working days of the signed reconciliation statement.
